OK. Do I have to draw a map or something? Seems like folks living above 1500 feet can't find this place. Go down hill until you can't go downhill anymore. Follow PA 271. You'll pass it in Woodvale. There's a big ass bridge "upstream". It's near Freightcar America, or what used to be Freightcar America, which like most everything else around here that actually MADE SOMETHING, is kaput. If you see Rocky's Tavern, you're close. Don't give up. If you see Woodvale Athletic Club, STOP!!!! Don't park in the WAC lot, park on the street. If you're scared to come down there, get over it. This is Johnstown for crying out loud. |
